What is Qigong?

Qigong - pronounced "chee gung" - is a traditional Chinese practice, similar to Tai Chi, with over 3000 years of history.

Qigong is a gentle exercise incorporating the mind, breathing and body to promote the circulation of energy within the body. It uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques.
