What is Qigong?

Qigong - pronounced "chee gung" - is a traditional Chinese practice, similar to Tai Chi, with over 3000 years of history.


Qigong is a gentle exercise incorporating the mind, breathing and body to promote the circulation of energy within the body. It uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques.

Angela says, "several years ago I discovered the traditional Chinese practices of tai chi and qigong to overcome a chronic condition.  I have continued to maintain good health through these practices, and love sharing these calm and tranquil art forms with as many people as possible."
