As a baking instructor, I aim to educate people about the science of baking, coupled with some interesting historical facts to make it easier for the learners to connect with the dish and move beyond the recipe.
I am a certified nutritionist with formal education from Delhi University, and certifications from Stanford, University of Newcastle- Australia, University of Copenhagen, Wageningen research institute- Netherlands and Ludwig Maximilians University - Germany.'
